If your subscription status still shows as expired after renewal, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Refresh Your Subscription:
- Open the app and go to the Dashboard.
- Click on the Menu icon.
- Select Pro Features.
- Tap the Refresh icon at the top right of the screen to update your subscription status.
- Verify Your Login Information:
- Confirm that you are logged in with the account associated with your subscription. Log out and log back in if needed.
- Update the App:
- Ensure you have the latest version of the TimelyBills app. Check for updates in your device’s app store and install any available updates.
- Restart Your Device:
- Restart your mobile device to address any temporary issues or conflicts that might be affecting the app.
- Restore Your Purchase:
- Go to the app’s Dashboard.
- Click on the Menu icon.
- Select Pro Features.
- Tap the Restore Purchase button at the bottom of the screen.
- Return to the Dashboard and revisit the Pro Features screen to check if the subscription status has been updated.
- Check Payment Confirmation:
- Verify that the payment for the renewal was processed successfully by checking your payment method or transaction history.
- Clear Cache and Data:
- Go to your device’s Settings > Apps > TimelyBills > Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data to remove any temporary files that might be causing issues.
- Reinstall the App:
- Uninstall the TimelyBills app from your device.
- Reinstall it from the app store to ensure you have the latest version and a clean installation.
- If Issues Persist:
- Open the Play Store (or the App Store for Apple devices).
- Navigate to Payments & Subscriptions (or Subscriptions for Apple).
- Locate and select the TimelyBills subscription.
- View the subscription details and take a screenshot.
- Email the screenshot and details to [email protected]
