- Navigate to the dashboard > "Accounts."
- Select the account for which you want to generate a statement.
- On the account detail screen, click the download icon on the left to open the "Generate Statement" screen.
- Specify Date Range:
- Enter the Start Date and End Date for the statement period.
- Choose Report Type:
- Decide between:
->> "Transaction List": Provides a list of all transactions in ascending order (for selected accounts only, if no specific account is selected, all accounts are considered).
->>"Group By Account": Provides transaction lists separately for each account (for selected accounts only; if no specific account is selected, all accounts are considered).
- Select Report Format:
- Choose either "Excel" or "PDF" as the output format for your statement.
- Select Report For: (This choice will come in case you are a TimelyBills group user)
- Personal Data: Includes only the data created by you.
- Group Data: Includes your data as well as data shared within the group by others.
- Click on the "SEND OVER EMAIL" button to request the statement.
- Wait for an email from TimelyBills with your report attached.
- If you do not receive your report within about 5 minutes, please contact the support team at support@timelybills.app regarding this issue.
To get report considering multiple accounts:
- Go to Dashboard > Menu > "Insights & Reports".
- Choose "Statement" and click "Generate Statement".
- Specify Date Range and Select Accounts (choose the accounts for which you want to retrieve transaction statements)
- Choose ‘Report Type’ and ‘Report Format’ and ‘Report For’ as described above.
- Click "SEND OVER EMAIL" to request the statement.
