Not able to connect my bank

There could be different reasons why you are not able to connect to your bank: 

  • 1. Credentials are not working: Please check with the bank, as your credentials may have changed or expired. 

  • 2. Not able to receive the OTP through SMS or email: Please contact us at pro.support@timelybills.app, and we will check with the Data Aggregator. 

  • 3. Unable to log in even after entering the correct OTP: Please try disconnecting the institution from the link (available at the bottom of the screen) and reconnecting again. If it still does not work, please contact us at pro.support@timelybills.app, and we will check with the Data Aggregator. 

  • 4. Bad internet connection: Please check your internet connection, as it may have low or no data connectivity. Please try again when the internet is accessible on your phone.
