TimelyBills currently supports bank connectivity for users with USD and CAD currencies, with plans to expand to the UK, Europe, and a few countries in Asia shortly.
Bank Sync Subscription Details:
- Subscription Plan: The Bank Sync feature is available as an add-on to the Pro or Pro Family subscriptions and is offered monthly. Note that there is no trial period for this subscription. However, if you encounter issues with bank connectivity or find that your bank/institution is not supported, you can request a full refund within 7 days of activation.
- How It Works: By subscribing to the Bank Sync subscription plan, you are ready to set up automatic synchronization of your bank transactions with the TimelyBills app. Once successfully authenticated, the app will securely sync your account information and transactions multiple times a day. The frequency of updates may vary based on your bank's technology.
- Transaction Updates: Transactions are synced and categorized automatically to provide better insights. Transactions usually appear within the same day or sometimes a few days later, depending on your bank’s connectivity. TimelyBills strives for same-day updates but this may not always be possible due to variations in bank support.
- Manual Sync: You can request a manual sync for specific banks or accounts directly from the app if you notice delays or missing transactions.
